(Please note that this will be based on the closing date and will be applied whether the RUSH box is checked or not.) As a courtesy, we currently collect fees at closing and mail resale docs via USPS. Please allow one week for delivery of any resale packages. If you would like the resale package sent via FedEx, please put your FedEx account number in the appropriate field.
