Obtain Gate Access

There are several different gate systems for Access Entry.  Please find your community below for instructions.

Alta Vista at Lakeway, Flintrock, Highpointe
For access entry without a tag or clicker, please contact the Association office at 512-266-6771 or email: admin@southwestmanagement.net.  Two codes will be assigned to your household:
   Code 1: This is your family's personal code.  Please do not share it with others.  This four digit code can be entered into the telephone entry and then hit the [#] sign.  Remember, four digit code first, then [#] sign.  
   Code 2:
This is your guest code.  You will provide the management office a local telephone number that will be uploaded to the computer at the gate.  Once uploaded, your last name will appear on the telephone entry unit.  Your guest will scroll through the names on the display at the gate, punch in the code associated with your name, and the system will dial your corresponding phone number.  You will need to answer the line and hit [9] on your home phone to allow the guest entry.  If you do not wish to allow the person entry, please hang up.

To obtain a remote opener device: Alta Vista and Highpointe will be provided at closing.  If you do not receive your remotes at closing, please contact  your title company or management office immediately.

To obtain an RFID tag for your vehicle: Flintrock Falls, call in your vehicle information to the management office and tags will be left for you at the guardhouse between the hours of 6:30 am and 7 pm.  You will need to provide the following information to the SMS office:
      Each Vehicle's Color, Make, Model, Year, and License Plate

Heights at Spillman Ranch, Rough Hollow, Terra Bella

To obtain a remote opener device (Heights of Spillman and Rough Hollow): Please contact the management office in advance of your closing.  These can be picked up from our local office or delivered to your title company prior to closing.

Terra Bella resident clickers will be mailed to your title company in advance of closing.  If you DO NOT receive your remotes at closing, please inquire with your title company or contact the management office immediately.

Villa Montaña

Two codes will be assigned to your household:

   Code 1: This is your family's personal code.  Please do not share it with others.  Please type in your personal code followed by the [#] symbol. Remember, your personal code first, then the [#].

To obtain an RFID tag for your vehicle: Please call in your vehicle information to the concierge and tags will be left for you at the concierge house between the hours of 9:00 am and 6 pm (Monday - Friday).  Please call ahead to make sure that Lynn knows to expect you and will have everything ready to avoid a delay.  You will need to provide the following information on your vehicles:
      Each Vehicle's Color, Make, Model, Year, and License Plate
